Report Improvements
Where a report would result in a very large output and slow browser, we will now automatically prompt you to download the file rather than try open the results on the page.

You can now download a e-mail from the Conversation History – useful for auditing or archiving.
E-mail CC/BCC
You can now CC/BCC users easily with autocompleted CC & BCC fields

Export Limit Increased
You can now export up to 100,000 records in an export / live spreadsheet.
Auto Answer
You can now specify that calls should be auto answered after a specific number of seconds.
Supervisor Filters
You can filter the Supervisor screen by status, current department as well as restrict specific team leaders to only see their own team.
