We further enhance our DDoS protection with Cloudflare, which handles over 20% of all the world’s internet traffic.

The natures of computers is they will sometimes fail. It is QContact’s job to ensure that our platform is designed to handle failure.
Every single service within our platform is fault tolerant in the event of any physical hardware failure, with either active-standby or active-active configuration. Our resources are distributed across multiple availability zones with a region, ensuring even a complete datacentre outage would not affect the platform.
SECURITY FROM DISASTER
In the event a complete region became unavailable, we store all user uploaded content and backups with full global replication – ensuring all your data is stored in triplicate across at least two separate geographical regions.
We can also automatically upload copies of your data to your 3rd party cloud provider of choice.
