Your users can send and receive e-mails directly from QContact. Any sent items will automatically be copied across into your Sent Items, and any items sent directly from Outlook, can also be automatically copied across into the customer’s QContact profile.
Your users may not want every message to automatically copy into QContact – there may be personal or confidential information you don’t wish to auto-sync. With QContact users can selectively chose which contacts to sync, and which shouldn’t – or enable full synchronisation for every contact automatically.
