We are looking for a support analyst to join the team to provide technical support to our customers. As part of your role you will be responsible for answering any technical questions our customers may have. You may be required to visit customers’ premises to help with initial setup, technical assistance or training. Successful candidates can chose to work from home or the office, however as you may be required to visit customer premises, you must live in Merseyside, Greater Manchester or West Yorkshire.
We are particularly looking for candidates who have existing programming skills or an interest in learning how to code. There is great opportunity for career progression with the company.
